Shipping policy

Shipments will be sent out within 3 business days of the items being available. Some items will be coming from Asia and be subject to long lead times. Tracking will be sent when the item(s) is ready for shipment from the fulfillment center. All questions regarding shipments should be sent to customersupport@caitieg.com

Any Damaged shipments must be reported with 48 hours of receipt. The order and tracking number  must be sent to customer customersupport@caitieg.com along with a picture of the damage incurred. An email will be sent within 3 business days of next steps for returning the defective item and receiving the replacement shipment.
