Great product. Great customer service.

I had a small issue when I received my order. Reached out to customer service and they responded very quickly and had solved the problem before I even responded to the email. Great products are nothing without great customer service. I did use my purse at an MLB game last weekend and people in line kept saying I couldn't bring a bag in. Even the security guy was impressed when I removed the outer cover and slid the clear bag through security. I was surprised by how much the purse holds. I've been telling everyone about my Caitie G bag.

Are the wraps interchangeable?

Yes, wraps are interchangeable within their respective collection. Wraps will be available to be sold separately soon, so you can mix and match!

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with tags attached and receipt or proof of purchase.
